Below are a list of some of my favourite guided runs from Nike Run Club. They are all free to use on their mobile app - which you can download here for either Apple or Android. You can click the links below to take you to each guided run, or search in the app and bookmark them for easy access whenever you need them.

( i ) Running and other cardio exercises are so good for our health and our nervous system — it improves our stress-resilience, increases blood flow and oxygen to all parts of the body and brain, improves heart and vascular health, releases all kinds of feel-good hormones and neurotransmitters into the body, and enhances the functioning of both our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.
The most important aspect of maintaining regular exercise however is finding what feels good for you - whether that's running, swimming, yoga, playing a sport, or dancing in your living room. These guided runs are a great way to experiment with running to see if you can find a way to run that feels right for you, remembering that you always have choice.
